Job Summary
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for executing all product and material handling activities within the warehouse while ensuring compliance with established company policies, procedures, and safety standards. This role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials and products in a timely and accurate manner, as well as maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Job Description
- Comply with all applicable company policies, including those related to personnel, quality, health, safety, and the environment (QHSE).
- Receive and inspect supplier deliveries, ensuring items match the packing list and purchase order and are received in satisfactory condition; report discrepancies promptly.
- Perform inventory management tasks including inspecting, labeling, storing, picking, packing, issuing, disposal, and cycle counting of materials.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring products are properly packed and accompanied by complete documentation.
- Optimize warehouse bin locations to improve efficiency and safety.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping within warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with scheduled physical inventory counts.
- Support materials management initiatives such as Kitting and Kanban replenishment as directed by the Supervisor.
- Investigate and resolve local inventory or warehouse-related issues in coordination with the Supervisor.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after completing required training and certification.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and technical tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Ability to perform moderately complex calculations.
- Sound understanding of health and safety practices in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA required.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Highschool diploma or GED
Pay Rate
- $20 per hour and higher depending on experience
