Host
A smile is the best way to start a great experience! Our hosts are upbeat, energetic, and friendly individuals who provide a warm welcome to our new and returning guests. High volume requires the ability to multitask and strategize. First impressions are essential to provide quality guest experiences. As a Host, you set the tone for every guest experience, from the first hello to the last goodbye. To put it simply, the restaurant wouldn’t run smoothly without you!
Job duties include greeting and attending to customers, so they feel welcomed. Responsibilities also include managing the wait list and communicating with the rest of the team on table readiness and server section availability.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the flow of guests into the restaurant to ensure our Culinary team and servers can deliver great service
- Interact with guests over the phone with the same enthusiasm as if they were in the building
- Handle all incoming calls for takeout orders and reservations with the same hospitality focused mindset that you have with inhouse guests
- Experience with OpenTable is required
- Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests
- Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members
