Administrative Assistant – Full-Time Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team and help ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders while providing exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do -Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams-Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
-Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with professionalism
-Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
-Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
-Support onboarding, supply ordering, and general office operations
-Help with special projects and other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For -Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
-Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
