We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 7+ years of practice to join our established team. This role provides the opportunity to handle a wide range of family law matters while mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation skills, proven client development experience, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with colleagues.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, adoption, and other family law matters.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including client consultations, discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements while providing practical, client-focused legal advice.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and efficiency.
• Actively participate in business development and contribute to the firm’s growth.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with the family law team to ensure excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar admission in Pennsylvania.
• 7+ years of relevant family law experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cases independently.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
• Ability to cultivate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related legal software.
