Aerotek is Hiring for Manufacturing Operators

Pay: Varies on experience and interview; Starting at $22/hr + shift differential (15% nights / 5% days) + guaranteed overtime every other week

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day or Night)

We are seeking Manufacturing Operators to join a growing semiconductor team in a cleanroom environment. You will operate advanced semiconductor-processing equipment and support wafer fabrication and optical component production using processes such as photolithography, wet/dry etching, substrate cleaning, and metrology .

• Operate manual and computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality goals
• Set up and run complex machinery for semiconductor processing
• Collaborate with team members to process wafers and optical components
• Use computer software to track performance and make minor adjustments
• Follow strict quality and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in a cleanroom environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to lift light loads and stand/sit for extended periods (3–5 hrs.)
• Microscope experience and manual dexterity
• Ability to learn complex machinery

• Previous cleanroom or manufacturing experience
• Electronics assembly, soldering, or semiconductor experience
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-directed and able to work with limited supervision

• 12-hour shifts:
  • Day: 6am–6pm (5% shift diff)
  • Night: 6pm–6am (15% shift diff)

This is a Contract position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
