- 3-5 years related experience in public education, preferred.
- 2-3 years experience with Microsoft Excel, including ability to command functions, data sorting/filtering, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and generating charts/graphs, preferred.
- 1-2 years experience of computer software applications: including Word, Google Drive, FileMaker Pro, and other desktop software, preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail.
Additional Information: Manheim Township School District is seeking applicants for the position of Child Accounting and Medical Access Coordinator. This position is a full-time (12 month) position that coordinates all processes involved in Child Accounting and reporting at the State and Federal levels. Responsible for management, process development, documentation, and data administration within the district's Student Information System (SIS) and other applicable databases as related to Child Accounting, Act 16, Medical Assistance, or other necessary reporting. Full Time, 12 Month, Support Staff Position Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Excellent Benefits offered including Medical, Dental, Vision. Paid Vacation, Sick and Personal Days.
