Foreman

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew of 3 to 5 team members in HVAC and dryer exhaust cleaning projects.
- Ensure projects and assignments are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Motivate and manage staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Must be able to travel on overnight jobs for 2,3 or more days and sometimes 2 weeks at time
- Travel as required to various job sites, both day and night.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to pass all clearances
- Some management or supervisory experience.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including night shifts.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Compensation
Rate Per Hour: $26
