Account Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Onboarding & Account Coordinator to manage customer intake, maintain account records, and ensure timely contract lifecycle communications. This role is responsible for triaging inbox communications, reviewing executed contract details, creating, and updating customer accounts and users, and managing expiration correspondence to support smooth customer launches and ongoing account health.

Skills and Requirements

1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, account management, customer success, or operations.

Experience maintaining customer databases and performing routine data entry.

Familiarity with contract terms and basic contract lifecycle tracking preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
