REH Holdings, Inc. is a diversified corporation specializing in the construction and manufacture of highway safety products as well as commercial and residential fence products. A fourth generation family-owned business, we are currently seeking a Receptionist/Executive Assistant to join our growing team.

The Receptionist/Executive Assistant is responsible for greeting in-person visitors as well as answering and routing incoming phone calls. Position is also responsible for scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and providing clerical assistance for 2-3 executives. Additional responsibilities include handling and sorting mail and deliveries, ordering supplies, and other general clerical duties.

Qualified candidates should possess a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and some prior reception or executive assistant experience is preferred. Qualified candidates should have prior experience with Microsoft Outlook.
