The Project Manager at MCPC is responsible for leading and delivering customer-facing IT projects from initiation through closeout, with a strong focus on endpoint, device deployment, replacement, and refresh initiatives. This role acts as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer communication.
This position supports MCPC customers primarily in Healthcare and Financial Services environments, where projects are often compliance-driven, security-sensitive, and operationally critical. The ideal candidate combines strong project execution discipline with excellent customer-facing communication and experience delivering large-scale device lifecycle programs in regulated environments.
Core Responsibilities:
Customer Project Delivery
• Own the end-to-end execution of customer IT projects, with emphasis on device refresh, replacement, rollout, and endpoint lifecycle initiatives
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project kickoffs, weekly status meetings, milestone reviews, and project closeouts
• Ensure customer expectations are clearly set, managed, and met
Project Planning & Execution
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for device refresh and deployment programs
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
• Plan and manage procurement, imaging, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning
• Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage change control
Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Deliver projects in regulated environments (Healthcare and Financial Services)
• Ensure compliance with security and data handling requirements

• Escalate risks appropriately
Financial & Operational Accountability
• Manage project financials and billing milestones
• Track effort and resource utilization
• Partner with finance and delivery leadership
• Ensure timely project closure
Communication & Relationship Management
• Provide clear status reporting
• Communicate risks and changes proactively
• Build trusted customer relationships
• Represent MCPC professionally
Continuous Improvement & Standards
• Follow MCPC project management standards
• Improve delivery efficiency and customer experience

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Customer-facing project delivery experience
• Experience in Healthcare and/or Financial Services
• Strong project lifecycle and governance knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with device refresh and endpoint deployment projects
• Vendor coordination experience
• Familiarity with ITSM or asset management tools
