Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $50000-60000 annually + commission
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

Sales Representative

Objective Manage and grow an assigned book of business selling software solutions to commercial clients across the Pittsburgh metro area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with an existing client base
• Conduct software demonstrations and solution presentations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the assigned account portfolio
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all account activity and pipeline status
• Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs for revenue retention and account growth
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business association meetings

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales or account management
• Experience engaging C-suite and operations-level decision makers
• CRM proficiency
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel within territory

Preferences

• Experience selling SaaS or software solutions to business clients
• Familiarity with retail analytics, workforce management, or operational intelligence platforms
• Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft
