Director of Growth Marketing
Lead Enterprise Growth Strategy & Outcomes
- Own marketing's contribution to Client growth, pipeline, and market share across all Lines of Business.
- Translate enterprise and line of business priorities into clear, outcome driven strategies with measurable targets.
- Serve as a senior partner to growth and competitive positioning.
- Lead a team of marketing leaders across Line of Business Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Set direction, align priorities, and ensure teams operate as a coordinated, high-performing growth engine.
- Establish clear ownership and accountability across the team.
- Define go to market strategy, including targeting and channel mix.
- Ensure teams execute against aligned plans that drive conversion, adoption, and sustained growth.
- Monitor performance and intervene as needed to maintain speed, quality, and focus.
- Partner with Analytics to define performance targets and ensure teams are operating against them.
- Guide the use of data, modeling, and insights to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Ensure reporting is consistent, credible, and clearly tied to business outcomes.
- Partner Across the Marketing Operating Model.
- Work with Marketing Operations to align intake, prioritization, capacity, and sequencing and introduce innovation.
- Collaborate with Brand Strategy & Creative Services to ensure growth activity aligns with brand standards.
- Align with Corporate Communications on internal messaging, leadership communications, and rollout of key initiatives.
- Coordinate on external communications and reputational considerations to ensure growth activity supports the enterprise narrative.
- Set clear priorities and ensure resources are aligned to the highest-value opportunities.
- Hold marketing leaders accountable for disciplined execution and delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing leaders.
- Set clear performance expectations aligned to growth outcomes.
- Build a strong leadership bench to support long-term scalability.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of leadership experience in growth-focused marketing, with a strong emphasis on revenue generation, customer growth, and cross-sell strategies within a highly regulated industry
- Experience in financial services preferred, with exposure to wealth management environments strongly valued
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams, including building new capabilities in evolving centralized environments
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, particularly across multiple lines of business
- Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable business outcomes, such as revenue growth, product penetration, and customer lifecycle expansion
- Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies that deepen customer relationships
- Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, web) that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue impact
- Hands-on experience testing, optimizing, and scaling new marketing approaches, such as piloting innovative campaigns or go-to-market strategies
- Strong ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable strategies, including experience with segmentation, performance analytics, and attribution
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner with senior leaders to guide strategy and drive adoption
$133,728.00 - $219,696.75 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
