What You’ll Do

• Run manual and computer‑controlled equipment used for semiconductor and optical component production
• Set up, calibrate, and monitor machines for wafer processing, photolithography, and precision optical tasks
• Follow clear, step‑by‑step procedures for cleaning, measurement, patterning, and inspection
• Use computer systems to record production data, track parts, and generate reports
• Inspect components under microscopes and with precision tools to ensure quality
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized workstation and follow all contamination‑control guidelines
• Handle delicate materials with care while adhering to cleanroom safety standards

What You Bring

• Experience with small‑component work such as electronics assembly, microscope inspection, or precision handling
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured, repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills for logging data and documentation
• Ability to work in full cleanroom gowning (hood, gloves, gown, shoe covers)
• Willingness to learn advanced production equipment and technical processes
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while performing fine‑detail tasks

Cleanroom Environment

Work in a bright, quiet, and highly controlled cleanroom space designed to protect sensitive semiconductor and optical components. All technicians wear full protective suits to maintain strict contamination control while performing detailed, high‑precision work.

12‑Hour Shift Schedule

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

A Shift: Sun–Tue + alternating Wed

B Shift: Thurs–Sat + alternating Wed

C Shift (Nights): Sun–Tue + alternating Sat

D Shift (Nights): Wed–Fri + alternating Sat

• Work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next , providing 8 hours of guaranteed overtime every other week.

This is a Contract position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
