Record Center Specialist
Location: Royersford, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Record Center Specialists to join a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically demanding role requiring constant movement, lifting, loading, and organizing storage materials while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Move, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes (10–100 lbs)
- Process orders containing files, books, binders, and other materials
- Load and unload pallets using hand trucks and pallet jacks
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems to track inventory
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly without assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to read and write English
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment is required
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment
- Protective steel-toe boots required
