SYNLawn Pittsburgh is Western Pennsylvania’s exclusive distributor of SYNLawn turf — the nation’s top name in premium synthetic turf. As part of Eisler Landscapes, we’re backed by 99 years of history and stability , with a brand-new division that’s growing fast. We’re now hiring  Synthetic Turf Installation Technicians  to join our installation crews.

This is a  hands-on, outdoor job  working on customer sites to bring projects to life — from residential lawns to commercial dog parks, playgrounds, and putting greens. Whether you’re an experienced installer or just getting started in the trade, this is a great opportunity to build a career in a growing industry.

We are also open to  experienced crew leaders / foremen , with higher pay available for leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

• Work with a crew to install premium synthetic turf at residential and commercial sites.

• Assist with site prep: excavation, gravel base installation, grading, and compaction.

• Cut, seam, glue, staple, and install turf with precision.

• Apply infill and finish surfaces for a natural look.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.

• Maintain professionalism on customer sites and represent SYNLawn with pride.

Who You Are

• Hands-on worker who enjoys outdoor, physical work.

• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable using basic tools and willing to learn.

• Turf installation or landscape construction experience is a plus.

• Crew leader / foreman experience is a strong plus (higher pay range).

• Valid driver’s license required. CDL a plus.
