Up to $45/hour PLUS $3 Shift Differentials

What will I do as a RN Supervisor?

• Monitor quality clinical practice and resident care service
• Demonstrate financial accountability
• Maintain and direct staff to accomplish staff job results
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
• Assure communication of shift
• Demonstrate professional development

What is required in this position?

• Graduation from accrediting School of Nursing (Registered Nurse).
• Current RN licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing required.
• BSN or currently pursuing degree preferred.
• CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in long term care or rehabilitation nursing or equivalent.
• Previous management experience preferred.
