Automotive Light Service Driver

MrKitt’s Service Center & Towing is looking for motivated Automotive Light Service Drivers who take pride in helping people, working independently, and representing a respected brand built on professionalism, urgency, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and safely to roadside assistance calls throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
• Perform light roadside services including:
  • Battery jump starts.
  • Tire changes and inflations.
  • Vehicle lockouts.
  • Fuel delivery.
  • Minor roadside assistance services.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers professionally at all times.
• Safely operate company vehicles and roadside service equipment.
• Complete all paperwork, service documentation, and job updates accurately.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment, tools, and service vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• No major violations, DUI offenses, suspensions, or preventable accidents within the past 5 years.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Basic automotive knowledge and experience using hand tools required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous roadside assistance, towing, automotive, or fleet service experience.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
• Familiarity with Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
• Experience working in fast-paced service environments.
