Talent Sourcer / Candidate Acquisition Specialist (High-Performance Role)

We’re looking for a relentless, people-driven Talent Sourcer who thrives on the hunt—someone who knows how to find, engage, and attract top-tier talent before anyone else does.
This position is based in Bryn Mawr, PA

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and creative search strategies
• Build strong pipelines of candidates for current and future openings
• Engage candidates through calls, emails, and messaging with a high level of professionalism and persistence
• Qualify candidates quickly and effectively to ensure alignment with client needs
• Maintain detailed notes, track activity, and follow up consistently—nothing falls through the cracks
• Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand hiring priorities and deliver results quickly
• Continuously find new and better ways to source talent and stay ahead of the market
