Shop Mechanic - Industrial Cleaning Equipment

Our technicians and in-house capabilities enable us to tackle jobs that no other shop can handle.
We are actively searching for a Shop Technician to service various types of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment such as sweepers, scrubbers and combo-units in our shop. Dealership experience is nice to have. Car dealership mechanics encouraged to apply. JOB DUTIES- Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial cleaning equipment (diesel, gas electric or LP fueled) to diagnose technical problems
- Determine required repairs
- Maintain equipment service records
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks
- Test mechanical equipment after repair or assembly to guarantee proper performance and compliance with the manufacturers’ specifications
REQUIREMENTS
- Hydraulic experience preferred
- Diesel experience preferred
- Electrical aptitude preferred
- Familiarity with a wide range of equipment types including sweepers, scrubbers, vacuums, carpet extractors, burnishers, and buffers is nice to have
- Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
