They’re expanding their field service team with a technician who thrives on solving complex HVAC challenges in real‑world settings.
Your impact- Maximize uptime and comfort by servicing complex HVAC assets: chillers, boilers, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, packaged rooftop and split systems, VAVs, pumps, and controls.
- Diagnose issues using hand tools, blueprints, piping/wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Recover, evacuate, charge, and verify systems with recovery units, vacuum pumps, charging tools, and service gauges.
- Isolate faults to the component level and implement lasting repairs.
- Verify work against plans and specifications; ensure safe, efficient operation of all serviced equipment.
- Meet or exceed quality, performance, and productivity standards.
- Complete clear, timely service records for every assignment.
- Support customers on varied schedules and shifts as needed.
- Leverage familiarity with VAV/VVT systems (preferred).
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- High school diploma or GED; trade/technical schooling preferred.
- EPA certification (required).
- Valid driver’s license.
- OSHA certification a plus (not required).
- Physical readiness for climbing, lifting 50+ lbs, bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling, and working at heights and in confined spaces.
