Job Description
As an Owner Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting landowners and collaborating with various departments to address issues and manage document control. You will be responsible for scanning documents, managing Salesforce accounts, preparing forms, processing account data, and answering inquiries. Your role will also involve calculating interests, analyzing leasehold statuses, and assisting the legal department as needed.
Responsibilities

Scan documents into the internal database as needed.

Create and monitor Salesforce accounts and cases.

Prepare and mail Change of Address and ACH forms.

Process new and revised owner account data.

Answer incoming calls on the Owner Relations hotline.

Create and maintain strong relationships with interest partners and industry peers.

Research owner inquiries related to discrepancies in payments, interests, and settlements.

Confirm decimal interests by calculating various interest types such as working interest, net revenue interest, NPRI, overriding interests, and Take in Kind (TIK).

Analyze data to confirm leasehold HBP status using GIS Maps and other tools.

Review lease documents to confirm lease terms, royalty percentages, gas prices, deductions, and market enhancements.

Provide assistance to the legal department to resolve claims and civil matters.

Perform other land department responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
0-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role with customer service experience.

High school diploma or GED.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written..

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and cloud-based CRM applications.
Work Environment
The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute break. Mandatory in-person training is required. The role is part of a long-term contract that could extend beyond nine months based on performance.

This is a Contract position based out of Canonsburg, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.05 - $20.33/hr.
