Licensed Practical Nurse
Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN | PRN / Contract | Long-Term Care
Contract Details Location: Lancaster, PA Employment Type: PRN / Contract Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on facility needs Shift Options: Days, Evenings, Nights Pay Rate: $31.00 – $34.00 per hour Start Date: ASAP Employment Status: W2 Employee Requirements- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license required
- Minimum 6 months of LPN experience required
- Current CPR certification required
- Negative TB test results required
- Annual physical required where applicable
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or support up to 80 pounds as needed
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and walking
- Ability to pass background screening requirements
- COVID-19 vaccination or compliance with facility-specific requirements may be required
- Provide safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
- Admit, discharge, and transfer patients as needed
- Monitor and report patient vital signs and condition changes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform wound care and collect blood and urine specimens as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate, organized, and timely documentation
- Restock supplies, medications, and equipment as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care
