Required:

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years’ experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, Art or Interior Design with 3 years’ experience.
• Exhibit a meticulous approach to detail in all work.
• Welcome feedback to hone skills.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills by delivering high-quality work on tight schedules.
• Strive to achieve in-depth understanding of project requirements, ideas, and direction.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating 3D exterior renderings outsourced to third-party vendors for use in marketing collateral throughout the company.
• Maintains the operational health of these requests in adherence to established budgets, policies, and procedures, and will ensure outputs and interactions align with company and client goals.
• Performs quality assurance reviews using architectural drawings and checklists, updates documentation, and tracks projects using multiple internal systems to fulfill deadline requirements.

Primary responsibilities:

• Project coordination of 3D exterior renderings used in brochure inserts and community websites outsourced to third party vendors.
• Review and proof initial artwork in the first and second review tiers.
• Communicate with all project participants.
• Perform administrative functions such as daily database updates to track workflows and spending on vendor services.
• Optimize the team’s production processes to balance efficiency and quality, in collaboration with project participants.
• Honor brand guidelines.
