Administrative Assistant - Fine Gardening
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional with a passion for the beauty of fine gardening? We're looking for an enthusiastic Full time Fine Gardening Assistant to join our team and help cultivate success in a small office setting.
In this role, you'll assist the operations, providing essential support to ensure our gardening projects flourish. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. A genuine interest in gardening or horticulture is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
· Assist in Managing schedules and appointments
· Coordinating client communications and inquiries
· Assisting with a customer database and creating proposals
· Supporting our gardening team with various administrative tasks
· Willing to work outside of the office environment to source plants, help on small installations, and do property and site visits.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Self Starter and willing to learn the computer platform “Asset” by Include.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Have a good attitude, work ethic and be trustworthy.
· Plant knowledge is helpful.
