Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

• Drive and service late-model tractors and flatbeds, performing thorough pre/post-trip inspections.
• Load, tarp, and secure freight according to DOT and company standards.
• Keep precise trip records, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure punctual deliveries.

Compensation & Benefits: You earn 80% of gross with weekly grosses typically between $7,500–$10,000 and a 1-year lease-to-own track. Equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt/Kenworth/Freightliner, plus pet/rider-friendly rules, 24/7 support, routine equipment inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
