FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITES
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the location including distribution, customer service/sales, staff scheduling and inventory management ensuring that company’s process and procedures are executed efficiently
• Provide leadership for branch employees creating a positive work environment to enhance employee morale and productivity and provide training and development opportunities
• Monitor and analyze branch’s performance metrics and key performance indicators such as sales revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and other relevant metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, foster loyalty and repeat business
• Ensure customer’s complaints/issues are resolved effectively and the branch maintains a positive reputation
• Assess local market conditions and proactively identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing market share
• Collaborate with Regional Branch Leader to develop and execute strategic plans for the branch’s growth and development
• Partner with outside sales team to develop and execute sales strategy
• Use of CRM to monitor customer activities in conjunction with inside and outside sales teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirements
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new products, industry trends, competitive landscape and market development
• Identify and address operational challenges
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for employee and customers and health and safety policies/ regulations are followed
• Other duties as assigned
