Hardscape Foreman
Job Title: Hardscape Foreman
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour + Overtime (1.5x)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hardscape Foreman to lead a crew of 2–3 members in our Design/Build division. You will be responsible for leading the construction and installation of high-quality outdoor living spaces, ensuring every project is delivered with exceptional craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–3 members to build patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and walkways .
- Interpret design drawings, blueprints, and site plans to layout projects accurately.
- Manage on-site operations, including material coordination and equipment usage, to meet project timelines.
- Safely operate and transport heavy equipment using a truck and trailer .
- Maintain high standards of site safety and quality control throughout all phases of installation.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License (Must be able to drive a truck and trailer).
- Proven experience in hardscape construction, specifically with pavers, natural stone, and segmental walls.
- Proficiency operating specialized machinery such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and plate compactors .
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train crew members on-site.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
