Northeast Sales Manager Remote with Travel
We're hiring for an amazing client looking for a Northeast Sales Manager to work with their current field representatives selling into independent retail stores throughout the Northeast! Ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in Wholesale Sales and previous supervision of direct account manager and field reps.
salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

- Develop sales goals and strategies to meet and exceed financial objectives.
- Train and coach account executives to consistently achieve targets and deliver strong performance.
- Plan and execute monthly and seasonal growth strategies to drive sustained success.
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability among account executives while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, representing the organization with professionalism and integrity.
- Serve as a leader across product, merchandising, marketing, and overall consumer experience.
- Meet organizational objectives and deadlines with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Travel extensively with account executives to visit retail partners, attend industry events and trade shows, and participate in internal meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (BS/BA).
- 10+ years of experience in wholesale sales, merchandising, retail, buying, or related fields, with leadership responsibility.
- Ability to travel 60-75% of role, throughout the Northeast
