Your Mission
As an Assembler Level I, you will build precision laboratory equipment that healthcare professionals rely on. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail directly support accurate medical results and patient care worldwide. — helping us deliver products that Make People Safer, Healthier, and More Productive.

What You’ll Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Under close supervision and within established guidelines, you will:
  • Perform bench-type mechanical and electrical assembly of laboratory centrifuges and sub-assemblies.
  • Use hand tools and basic pneumatic/electronic equipment to complete assigned tasks safely and accurately.
  • Read and follow written instructions, job travelers, assembly diagrams, and visual aids.
  • Inspect parts for defects and report questionable conditions to your supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all safety requirements.
  • Follow the production schedule and complete work according to the supervisor's direction.
  • Support continuous improvement by communicating issues or ideas that enhance workflow or quality.
What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications:
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear the required PPE, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Visual acuity and strong attention to detail for handling and inspecting small parts.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and diagrams.
  • Familiarity with basic assembly and hand tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required).
  • 3-6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred; we will train motivated candidates).
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Alternate education and experience considered based on the individual candidate

Computer Skills:

  • Basic computer skills required for documentation and training.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Manufacturing
  • Standing most of the shift; occasional sitting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, repetitively at times.
  • PPE required.
  • Work is performed in a clean, production-floor manufacturing environment.
