Job Purpose
This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading people, materials, equipment and processes for product launches in order to achieve established safety, quality, delivery, and profit goals while maintaining positive employee relations. They will apply lean manufacturing tools and techniques to continuously improve safety, cost, quality, and efficiency in their areas.
Key Responsibilities
1) Reviews the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project,
staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
2) Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
3) May contact the project sponsor-client at a tactical level.
4) May manage relationships with external suppliers at a tactical level.
5) Meets project objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks.
6) Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
7) Provides the interface and maintains a confident relationship with other contributors to the project.
8) Regularly reports project progress to senior management and-or the sponsor-client.
9) Other related duties as assigned.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree (in Engineering or Project Management preferred)
- 10+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience with a focus on new product launch preferred.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $120,225.00 - $160,300.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
