Maintenance Technician (MTP)

Starting Rate of pay: $27.51-35.59 /hour

Shift Differentials: 32 cents/ hour for second shift; 39 cents/ hour for third shift. Overtime paid as 1 1/2 times your hourly rate for hours worked over 40 hours/ week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to interpret and troubleshoot Mechanical Drawings, Electrical Schematics, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Schematics and PLC ladder logic.
• Must have knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic operated machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Adherence to Hydro Safety protocol / PPE.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, changing production atmosphere while working independently with tight schedules and adhering to the highest standards of excellence
• Team Player; Self-Starter; Adaptable to change

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 – 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong Electrical background required
• Two years of technical school including industrial electricity, PLC’s, Electrical, Hydraulics & Pneumatics preferred.
