Senior Product Manager, Learning
Duolingo, Inc. seeks multiple Senior Product Manager, Learning (Pittsburgh, PA) to contribute to the growth of Duolingo's learning platforms by identifying and analyzing trends with business strategy implications. Drive learning product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration. Establish the strategy for your focus area, and build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and the leadership team. Perform qualitative and quantitative research by leveraging data analytics to explore and validate feature ideas. Work with engineers to prioritize, design, and implement new technical features and initiatives. Perform experiment analysis on learning features and find opportunities for optimization. Some telecommuting permitted consistent with company policy.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Learning Design or related field and 3 years of experience as Product Manager or other position involving product management. Must have 3 years of experience with: Agile software development; Data visualization; User acceptance testing; Goal setting and strategic planning; and Budgeting and resource management. Must have knowledge or coursework in the following: Data analytics; Probability; Statistics; Product life cycle; R, SPSS, STATA, and Minitab.
