About the Role:

We are seeking a Merchandise Production Assistant Manager to support our dynamic Production team through administrative coordination and systems management. In this role, you will partner closely with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure merchandise is efficiently tracked, approved, and moved into production—from development to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary support for the Merch Production team across all assigned UMG labels/artists.
• Create and manage internal price quotes and external vendor buy commits; track status and lead times.
• Generate and maintain purchase orders, coordinate vendor submissions, and collaborate with Finance on billing and invoicing.
• Oversee sample receipt and delivery, reviewing with internal stakeholders.
• Compile and distribute Sample and Bulk Production shipping and packing lists; proactively engage vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Collate and accurately recap shipping, sampling, and costing data; follow up on outstanding items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in coordinator or administrative support roles; production experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Monday.com.
• PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
