Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) at Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehab - a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility where your expertise makes a daily impact. Continuum Therapy Partners is also offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus OR a $10k retention bonus for this opportunity!
