Morning starts with cross-functional standups where you review dashboards, identify trends, and set priorities to reduce process and product non-conformances. Midday, you might facilitate MRB, drive root-cause and corrective actions, and coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure requirements are fully met. Your afternoon could involve advancing APQP deliverables—building control and inspection plans, preparing PPAP and FAIR packages, and leading FMEA/PFMEA workshops—while planning and conducting audits of documents, parts, processes, products, and suppliers. Along the way, you mentor teammates, support training, and turn data into concise executive-ready summaries.

• Cut non-conformances through rigorous data analysis and clear reporting
• Lead APQP quality planning: control/inspection plans, PPAP, FAIR, FMEA/PFMEA
• Champion continuous improvement with MRB and RCCA leadership
• Partner with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing to validate quality requirements
• Own and support audits (internal, process, product, supplier, and customer)
• Coach peers and share best practices across teams

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or two-year engineering-related degree with 5+ years in manufacturing quality (or equivalent experience)
• Background in Battery Production, Machining, and/or Electronic Assembly & harnessing is a plus
• Uncompromising ethics and professionalism
• Facilitation, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills
• Analytical strength to interpret data, spot patterns, and guide decisions
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to craft executive-level presentations
• Fluency with ERP/MRP (Infor Syteline, SAP) and planning tools
• Expertise in CAD/CAE tools or other data-dense interfaces
• Proficiency with SharePoint and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); advanced Excel required
• Willing to travel 10%–25% based on business needs
