Compensation: $28-$32/hr Based on experience

Are you an experienced CNC Lathe Specialist looking to take your career to the next level? We are currently hiring a CNC Specialist (Lathe Programmer/Set-Up) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring machine optimization, first-time quality, and smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:*
- Program, set up, and operate CNC Lathe machines using MasterCAM software.
- Follow router plans and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on any required changes.
- Maximize machine utilization and unattended run-time.
- Perform precision inspection using probes and measuring tools; complete all inspection documentation.
- Report any out-of-tolerance parts or errors to the Manufacturing Engineer or Job Leader.
- Support tool inventory monitoring and basic machine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist in router planning as needed.
- Deliver excellent internal customer service and maintain production schedules.
- Participate in team training, development, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications:*
- Proven experience with CNC Lathe programming and set-up
- Proficient in MasterCAM
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical inspection techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work overtime and travel when required
