2. Sense of Urgency- This is a fast-paced job and we move at high speed. We know it takes time to build that speed and we do not expect you to be fast on day 1 or 10 or 30. We do want to see that you are trying your hardest to improve in that area.

3. Attention to detail- We do things the right way, and we do things correctly. Accuracy is very important to us because it is very important to every guest who gets our product.

4. Reliability- Showing up is the number one most important thing. We will take the time to help you learn every skill you need to be successful with us, but you need to be here for that to work.

5. Have Patience with yourself. You are going to make mistakes, we all do, and we are going to coach you when that happens. It is not a bad thing, it is not personal. We all make mistakes, and we get better every day at everything we practice and get coaching on. Trust the process and have patience with yourself because we will have patience with you.
