education: High School Responsibilities As the first point of contact for the firm, the selected candidate will balance client-facing hospitality with essential administrative duties:
- Greeting clients and managing the overall lobby atmosphere.
- Coordinating appointments and managing attorney calendars.
- Answering and directing calls to the appropriate parties with professionalism.
- Maintaining case records through diligent scanning, filing, and digital organization.
