Bilingual Trainer Coordinator Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

Bilingual Training Coordinator

(Temporary)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Pay Rate: $20/hour (base)

Location: Jonestown, PA (must have reliable transportation; no public transit access)

The Bilingual Training Coordinator supports new hire onboarding by conducting orientations, delivering presentations, and managing training logistics. This temporary role (approx. 6 months) requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, excellent administrative abilities, and experience working in an office or training focused environment.

Bilingual Trainer Coordinator Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). 2+ years of clerical experience using Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma, GED, or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a training coordinator, onboarding, HR assistant, or office environment.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours while presenting or facilitating training.
