We provide primary medical, dental, behavioral health, and optometry care at eight convenient locations in diverse geographic regions across Lebanon, York, Adams, and Lancaster Counties to serve our patients. We also provide social service programs for those living with HIV/AIDS and first-time mothers, as well as substance use service programs. Family Medicine Physician Benefits:

• Base Salary: $235,000
• Sign On Bonus and Recurring bi annual retention bonuses available.

About the Family Medicine Physician Role:

• Full Time: York, PA
• 18-20 patients per day
• Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. Patient population is of all ages, but primary need is working with adults.
• Provide the full scope of primary medical care to patients including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions.
• The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care.
• The Physician will work alongside their support staff team to treat patients and multiple generations of the same families in an outpatient setting.
• Physician will need to be committed to safe, ethical, and excellent clinical practice; and have the desire to make a difference in the community that they serve.
• Very light call. Once every 6 to 8 weeks. Non direct calls. Patients are first consulted by an RN and APP prior to MD/DO being called.

Candidate Background:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
• Ability to hold a Pennsylvania state medical license
• Open to J1 and H1B Visa Candidates
