Calibration Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Calibration Technician who is a recent trade school graduate to join our team in Royersford, PA, 19468. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our equipment and instruments are calibrated accurately and consistently. If you have a passion for precision, initial customer interaction, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Visit various industrial job sites throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and provide initial introduction plan to customers for calibration needs.
• Perform calibration of various instruments and equipment according to established procedures and standards.
• Document calibration results and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve calibration processes and methodologies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of calibration schedules.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to calibration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Strong interest in learning Emerson Rosemount Transmitter product line.
• Proficient in using calibration tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to climb and lift 70 pounds.
