About Us:

All Aspects at the Barn is a unique, family-friendly destination! We have a store in a 3000 sq foot restored barn and a soon-to-open coffee & espresso bar within it. We also have a petting farm, host events and DIY workshops, offer pavilion rentals, and operate a full venue for weddings and gatherings. We have an on site wine bar. There’s always something to do, from workshops and events to retail and our soon-to-open coffee bar, and no two days are ever the same

What You’ll Do:

As our Barista, you’ll help bring our coffee experience to life while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and tea
• Providing friendly, attentive customer service
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar
• Handling transactions through our POS system
• Assisting customers with menu selections and recommendations
• Supporting the overall store experience when needed (light retail assistance)
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Who You Are:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Friendly, outgoing, and team oriented
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excited to be part of a creative, hands-on small business

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous barista or food service experience (preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person)
• Experience with POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions
• Interest in coffee, local products, and artisan retail environments
