Community Manager (Lease-Up)

The Opportunity As a Community Manager (Lease-Up), you'll lead the launch and ongoing operations of a new community. You'll inspire a high-performing team, drive occupancy and financial performance, and ensure every resident enjoys an exceptional experience from first tour to renewal.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a cohesive onsite team.
- Deliver concierge-level resident service and host engagement events.
- Drive occupancy, leasing success, and financial performance.
- Oversee property operations, vendors, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all regulations.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of onsite property management experience, preferably in lease-ups.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- Industry certifications (CAM, ARM, RMP, or CPM).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
