Residential Maintenance Foreman 💰 $300 SIGNING BONUS

We are an established residential property‑management firm located in Pittsburgh. Driven to provide high‑quality living spaces, we manage a diverse mix of single‑family homes, apartment units, vacation rentals. Job: Field Foreman

PRIMARY OPEN POSITION NEEDED:

This is a senior hands on role requiring the ability to stand on their feet for 8 hours, lift up to 80 lbs, and be able to bend, reach, or crouch to operate in attics or crawl spaces. Must be willing and able to perform, but not limited to, the following:

• Plan & execute complex repairs: drain re‑plumb, PEX manifold installs, branch‑circuit additions, furnace diagnostics, HWT replacement, porch or stair builds, cabinet & countertop sets.
• Mentor lower tiers; conduct 5-Min Safety and task brief every morning.
• Draft cut & material lists; request PO’s ≤ $200.
• Flash & set new or replacement windows and doors.
• Install 1‑piece fiberglass or tile backer tubs/showers; set basic subway tile and floor tile.
• Follow written and verbal instructions without oversight.
• Fill in for any lower tier when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Fill in for Coordinator as needed: fill out out a digital next day's schedule and email, but still tool‑active and in the field.

Promotion to coordinator is possible if seeking an office/field hybrid role and candidates possess the required skillset.


First year 90 day, 6 month, and 1 year reviews with pay increase based on performance.

• Must be valid or ≤10yrs lapsed.

• Valid drivers license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic set of hand tools.
• Ability to problem solve while prioritizing multiple repairs or turnovers.
• Passing background and drug test.
