Job Type: FULL TIME (34-40 Hours) / PART TIME (20-34 Hours)

OVERVIEW: Looking to pick up a Part-time or Full-time job? We are seeking individuals passionate about providing our customers with tools to live a healthier lifestyle. We're looking for "Take Charge" individuals experienced in meal prep to join our team!

JOB DUTIES:

The Meal Prep Team Responsibilities: mix, wash, peel, chop, and cook vegetables/rice/pasta, slice meat, accurately label stock and inventory ingredients, accurately weigh and measure ingredients to be used, wash utensils and other cookware used during meal prep, being willing to work with a team to complete tasks but also be willing to take initiative and start tasks independently.

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Adhering to all sanitation and food production codes while following health and safety guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of food service policies/procedures for Pennsylvania state health laws (ServSafe Certification Preferred).

Ability to handle fast paced and high stress situations during high volume hours.

Strong attention to detail; quick learner & team player.

Ability to listen and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Ability to read a recipe and follow directions specified for food production.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must have reliable transportation & a smart cellphone that can have apps for scheduling/ communication.
