Job Purpose

The Brand Marketing Co-op will support the marketing team across multiple functions, gaining hands-on experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and public relations. Working closely with a small, dynamic team, this role provides broad exposure to day-to-day marketing operations and the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that strengthen CNH Industrial’s brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with online market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support sales and customer data analytics, including performance tracking and reporting.
• Contribute to social media marketing efforts by helping plan, create, and schedule content.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support, including project coordination and asset management.
• Assist with lead management activities, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.
• Support public relations initiatives, including drafting communications and coordinating engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates may be pursuing a Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in the following majors or a related field: Sales, Marketing, Business Administration

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $19.31 - $36.57 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
