KTE Services is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an outstanding independent contractor opportunity in the Greenville, Pennsylvania area. About the Role

As a CRNA with this progressive facility, you'll deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a focused, collaborative environment specializing in orthopedic and eye surgeries. This specialized caseload allows you to develop deep expertise while maintaining predictable scheduling and exceptional work-life balance. The consistent Monday-through-Thursday schedule provides three-day weekends every week, and with six weeks of annual time off, you'll have ample opportunity for rest, travel, and personal pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia and provide comprehensive perioperative care for surgical patients
  • Perform thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
  • Monitor patients vigilantly throughout procedures to ensure safety and optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and safety

Qualifications

  • Required: Current CRNA certification and valid Pennsylvania nursing license
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a practicing CRNA; orthopedic experience strongly preferred
  • Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication abilities, and collaborative mindset
  • Commitment: Dedication to patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous professional development
  • Status: Eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099)
