This is a sales support role where no two days look the same
- Welcome and sign in showroom visitors — first impressions matter
- Support Account Managers with payments, order status updates, and customer questions
- Help manage samples and keep things organized
- Answer phones and connect people with the right team member
- Schedule showroom tours for potential members
- Help keep the showroom looking great with updated products and pricing
- Communicate with vendors on order follow‑ups
- Use CRM and internal systems to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service, sales support, or showroom experience is helpful
- Comfort with basic math, payments, and discounts
- Comfort using computers, phones, and everyday tech
- Interior design or building materials experience is a plus — not required
