Join Allied Universal as a driving dispatch professional at a busy College Campus, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, dispatch responses, and support security-related operations. In this visible role, you will help to deter incidents while delivering outstanding service. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities from a dispatch post.
• Monitor communications systems, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls to identify incidents and help coordinate the appropriate response for the location.
• Document routine and unusual activity, maintain accurate dispatch logs, and communicate timely updates to site personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while prioritizing calls for service and directing resources based on site needs.
• Support access control and other security-related operations by relaying information, verifying reported issues, and helping to coordinate personnel movement throughout the facility and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
