General Laborer

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution: Perform demanding physical labor including digging, lifting, moving materials, and clearing debris.

• Precision Prep: Measure, cut, and prepare construction materials strictly according to layout specifications.

• Tool Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic site equipment.

• Problem Solving: Identify problems or safety hazards on-site and propose quick, practical solutions.

• Quality Control: Maintain a clean, organized work area and inspect work to catch problems early.

• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with equipment operators, tradespeople, and site managers to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in outdoor environments (e.g., construction, landscaping, or agriculture).

• Some experience with hand tools and equipment is a plus.

• Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with your foreman and the rest of the field team.

• Reliable transportation and a consistent record of punctuality.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
